Department of Sociology and Social Work celebrates World Director's Day at University of Science and Technology in Fujairah

The Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah celebrated the World Director's Day, which falls on October 16, 2024. The celebration was attended by faculty members and a group of students representing the department, in addition to the Dean of the College, in a special visit to the office of the University Director, Professor Dr. Ali Abu Al-Nour.

During the visit, the department delegation presented a letter of thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the University Director, expressing their gratitude for his great efforts in developing the educational process and his continuous support for students. His prominent initiatives were also highlighted, the latest of which was the launch of the Master's Program in Public Sociology, which enhances higher education opportunities and contributes to the development of society.

This celebration comes within the framework of expressing gratitude to the directors who play a pivotal role in developing academic institutions and driving the wheel of success through their vision and guidance. Professor Dr. Ali Abu Al-Nour expressed his deep gratitude for this honor, stressing the university's commitment to continue achieving more achievements that serve students and society alike.
