Summer Camp - College of Business Administration

The College of Business Administration organizes the summer camp (Future Entrepreneurs) in cooperation with the Emirates Association for Women Entrepreneurs.

The College of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah organized the summer camp (Future Entrepreneurs) in cooperation with the Emirates Association for Women Entrepreneurs.

This initiative is one of the goals of the university and the college, along with others, to build bridges of cooperation with the local community in the UAE, particularly in the field of entrepreneurship as one of the essential strategies for the country, as the National Agenda for Entrepreneurship aspires for the UAE to become the home of entrepreneurship in the year 2031. This collaboration between the university and the Emirates Association for Women Entrepreneurs results in human capital development. It encourages many elements of society, beginning with youths, to explore the field of entrepreneurship.

The program aims to teach secondary school pupils the skills required for entrepreneurship. The coursework includes many entrepreneurship tasks that were streamlined for the age range of school students. Workshops on entrepreneurship and transforming ideas into projects were part of the curriculum. There were also workshops and lectures on artificial intelligence, digital marketing, sustainability, and interior design art. Also included are financial calculations, planning, and motivation. At the end of the program, the students will have developed a project proposal, as individuals or as a team, begin implementing it, and be monitored by the college and the association.

The workshops were presented by Dr. Ahmed Zain Al-Abidin, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amin, and Mr. Eid Mostafa

On the last day, the workshops were presented by Dr. Sameh Khamis, Ms. Lamiaa Hussein, and Ms. Marah Aladdin.

The program also included business visits to some business establishments in Fujairah.

The graduation ceremony and an exhibition of the implemented projects will be held in the first week of next September.
