In response to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, President of the National Olympic Committee, and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the National Sports Day initiative, the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah organized distinctive events and activities in celebration of the National Sports Day.
This initiative aligns with the wise vision outlined by our esteemed leadership, emphasizing the importance of sports as a societal culture that contributes to building bonds of communication and interaction among community members. The university aims to foster initiative and sports activity among its students and faculty members.
In this context, Prof. Dr. Ali Abu Elnour, Chancellor of the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah, stated, "Engaging in sports represents a significant value in shaping an individual's character and enhancing collective spirit.
