University of Science and Technology in Fujairah Organizes

Fujairah, March 18, 2024: Female students from the Psychology Department at the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah organized the "Volunteering is Happiness" initiative under the supervision of Dr. Shimaa Basha, in collaboration with Al-Ihsaan Charity Organization. The initiative aimed to solidify the culture of volunteering and charity work, instill and promote positive values and happiness as a way of life, and emphasize the university's commitment to social responsibility.
The initiative involved packing Iftar meals for fasting individuals over a period of 3 hours at the headquarters of the Higher Colleges of Technology for female students. A group of students from the Psychology Department participated in the initiative, demonstrating great enthusiasm and a desire to contribute to serving the community.
Dr. Shimaa Basha, Professor of Psychology at the university, expressed her happiness with the success of the initiative, stating: "Through this initiative, we aim to instill the values of volunteering and charity work in our students and enhance their sense of social responsibility. We also strive to spread the culture of happiness and positivity among members of the community."
Dr. Basha added: "The participation of Al-Ihsaan Charity Organization in this initiative played a significant role in its success. We thank them for their support and cooperation."
Al-Ihsaan Charity Organization expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the University of Science and Technology in Fujairah for organizing this initiative.
